The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, with a focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for young children (ages 1-2 years). Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.Key skills include excellent communication, patience, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
