Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Three year old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, with a focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for young children (age 2 years). Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, ensuring the safety , potty training and more.Key skills include excellent communication, patience, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with parents and other staff members to support each childs growth and development.Qualifications:Experience working with 3 year olds in a daycare or preschool setting.DCF 45 hoursCPR and First Aid certificationResponsibilitiesCreate and follow a comprehensive curriculumTeach beginning reading and math skillsAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsUse a range of instructional methods and learning techniquesCommunicate with parents and other school personnelAssess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
