Administrative Office Assistant
A long established Public Accounting Firm in Glendale area, specializing in professional services including audit and tax services to businesses and high net worth individuals is looking for a part-time office administrative assistant to handle various tasks and activities to provide administrative, reception, and clerical support.Responsibility:Day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and productive work environmentProvide administrative support to tax professionals, including managing appointments, client communications, and document preparationAssist in managing office expenses, submission of payroll, and clients' billings and receivablesHandle inquiries from clients and maintain excellent client relationships through effective communicationOrganize and maintain digital and physical records, including tax documents, due dates, and client filesManage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely payments and quality servicesAssist in maintaining compliance with tax regulations, including recordkeeping and filing requirementsAssist in administration of 401k plan, communication, documentation and submission of contributionsMaintenance of sick, personal time off and vacation recordsQualifications:Bachelor Degree in Business Adminstration, Management, or related fieldGood Oral and Written CommunicationProven experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a tax or accounting environmentProficient in office software and accounting software (eg, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks, etc) and ability to learn new technologyExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with caring attitude and commitment to providing exceptional serviceDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
