Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Universal City, CA Duration: 12+ months Pay: $22–$24/hr (W2)Summary: Supports timekeeping, payroll, and administrative operations with strong data entry, reporting, and system usage.Key Skills & Responsibilities:Timekeeping data entry, reporting & rate updatesSAP (cost requests), SNAP (invoices/payments)Invoice processing, payment research, same-day checksAssist onboarding & employee records managementTrack sick/vacation timeArchibus approvals & records creationDocument scanning & general admin supportRequirements:Experience in timekeeping (preferred)Basic–intermediate MS Office & data entry skillsStrong communication, organization & multitaskingAbility to meet deadlines and work independentlyPreferred:SAP, SNAP, DocuSign, SharePoint, Archibus, SphereUnion payroll/IATSE knowledge10-key proficiency, customer service skills
