The sky is the limit!Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic and highly skilled team of Lobby Ambassadors & Dog Handlers at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with dogs and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our lobby ambassadors are the backbone of our Golden Friends of the Fairmont Program, responsible for providing excellent care to our four-legged partners, as well as supporting them in various operational and Guest service activities.Reporting to the Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Maintain and handle one or multiple lobby dogs in various guest service welcoming interactions and activitiesMaintain accurate daily reports of the lobby dogs ' behaviors, interactions, and health statusAnticipate guests needs, creating memorable experiencesConsistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsFollow all policies, procedures and service standardsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Five Diamond representation of resortAssist guests with directional in an informative and helpful wayOther duties as assignedQualificationsPassion for AnimalsPhysical ability to handle and control a lobby dog in various situationsAbility to stand for the duration of the shift (8 hours)Valid driver's license and good driving recordExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAvailable evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteousPrior experience as a dog handler or in a related field, working with and caring for animals (preferred)Additional InformationYour team and working environment:A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are OneOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talentWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
