Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive. Supplies Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Ensures proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods. Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume. Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral. Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Lobby Ambassador: Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
