Law firm "sales" are different from what most people are used to because law firms are not allowed to solicit. 100% of all incoming or outgoing telephone calls or meetings come from a request from the prospective client for the call. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Absent exceptional circumstances, we are looking for a bilingual candidate who can speak Spanish and English. This is an in-office position. Duties include: Providing customer service Screening prospective clients Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities Sending out and receiving mail and packages Sending faxes and emails Managing documents and files Performing multifaceted general office support Sending and receiving documents for the company Answering the phone Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed Greeting guests and visitors We are looking for someone with the following knowledge, combination of skills, personal traits, and attitudes: Well-organized Courteous Reliable Strong work ethic Productivity Professionalism Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills Customer focus Discretion Multitasking ability Teamwork and collaboration skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour plus bonuses
