Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Law Firm) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Onsite (Pasadena, CA) Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 (depending on experience) About the RoleWe are hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to own billing and collections for a mid-sized law firm in Pasadena. This is a hands-on, operational AR role, not a high-level manager seat. You will be in the weeds. You will know the numbers. You will be expected to speak clearly to the state of AR at any moment. If you are looking for a remote role, light workload, or a purely administrative billing position, this is not a fit. Must-Have Experience (Read Carefully)You must have hands-on experience with: Law firm billing and collections Managing AR aging and follow-ups Cash application and payment reconciliation Working directly with attorneys on billing issues and pre-bills High-volume invoice environments Experience supervising or informally leading 1-2 staff is a plus, but not required. If your background is strictly Accounts Payable or non-law firm accounting, this role is not a fit.
