Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.RESPONSIBILITIESPlanningHelp prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resourcesInfluence and understand marketing creative plans, as it specifically relates to in product experiences, for our family of brandsProactively identify important problems for marketing and/or advertising creative plansTake a broad perspective to problems and identify creative solutionsEffectively lobby and win support for in product marketing experiences, creative innovation and new initiativesPlan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projectsPartnershipsCreate strong partnerships with Marketers and Product teams including Product Design and Product ManagementCan foster trusted relationships with creative and production partnersUnderstand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with Insights/Analytics, Research, and Media leadsProgram ManagementManage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various marketing effortsAble to be the lead point of contact for agencies for in product marketing workPrioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutionsCoordinate resources across multiple projectsTake a broad perspective to problems and identify strategic and creative solutionsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree or 10+ years experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing companyExperience working with Marketers and Product teamsCross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning and analytics disciplinesExperience managing marketing and/or product projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategyExperience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animationExperience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitaskingPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
