Job Title : Patient Access Coordinator Location : Philadelphia, PA 19104 Duration : 4+ months contract ( Possible Extensions ) Education : High school Diploma Shift Details : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description: The Access Coordinator will contribute to the overall patient satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service to patients, families, caregivers, providers and the community during every interaction. The scheduling duties will involve coordinating and scheduling outpatient appointments and procedures for up to three (3) of the less complex divisions. This position performs a variety of patient care activities, including accurate appointment scheduling and pre-registration to achieve first contact resolution and optimize patient flow. Collaborates with physician offices and clinical departments to coordinate services, prepare patients for their visit, and maintain all support processes.
