Human Resources Information System Analyst

Position: HCM Training Specialist Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA Duration: 12+ Months Interview Mode: F2F/Webcam Visa: USC/GC OnlyKey Responsibilities: • Deliver training and create content related to Workday. • Provide guidance and training to recruiters on talent acquisition best practices • Research and implement training best practices for continuous improvement • Analyze Workday-related data and prepare reports/presentations • Maintain and update training materials, handouts, exercises, and exams • Conduct instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person • Utilize training environments and related tools for student activities • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration activities • Respond to stakeholder requests and perform additional assigned dutiesRequired Skills & Experience: • Experience delivering training through in-person, virtual, online, or multimedia methods • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Program management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to learn and utilize technology for training and data analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointMinimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of HR-related experience OR • 1 year of experience at the lower-level HR Specialist role or equivalentPreferred Qualifications: • Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, or related Workday modules • HRIS systems training experience • Experience working as a Workday administrator or trainer within an HR department#SKILL MATRIX:Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management) or other Workday module within an HR department as an administrator.HRIS systems training experience
