Hiring: SMT Machine Operator Location: San Diego, CAType: ContractPay range: $24.00-$26.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive)We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator with hands-on expertise in surface mount placement equipment. This role involves equipment setup, machine operation, parts verification, and working with IPC standards.Key Requirements:1+ year experience with SMT/surface mount placement equipmentAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and specificationsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat You’ll Do:Perform machine setup, operation, and replenishmentVerify parts and ensure quality per IPC standardsCollaborate with team leads and provide feedback on processesHandle moderately complex issues and meet project deadlinesPhysical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
