We will review your profile and get back to you at the earliest.Job Title: Engagement QA Delivery Leader - Insurance domainLocation- Onsite in Charlotte, NCHire Type: 11 Months+Pay Rate: $60/hr. on W2 Pay Cycle: weekly Job Description/ Responsibilities• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.• Excellent communication skills, Program coordination, hosting call with business executive and Client handling capabilities and flexible in support• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.• Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success.• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and timelines.• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project objectives are met.• Oversee the quality assurance of project deliverables to meet the required standards.• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.• Expertise in handling complex E2E implementation.What are the top skills required for this role?• 7+ yrs.
