Administrative & Billing Assistant

Job Description We are looking for full-time, year-round support in our Bridgehampton office – we have three warehouse locations.The position includes basic administrative duties (answering phones, filing, etc.), typing estimates, lots of email correspondence, and assisting with:Client billing (various other accounting functions will be added with experience)Sales quotes and confirmations (working with the Sales Manager / Owner)Dispatching (backing up our dispatcher when she's out of the office or overloaded)Backing up our Design Build Project Manager. There is a lot involved with this, very detailed interacting with interior designers/builders/architects, etc., and it ties in with billing clients)recordsWe use Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop, Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word, and several industry specific software programs that we would train you on.It's a small office with a large clientele, so we all jump in to help one another whenever possible.We need someone with common sense who is open to learning and participating, pleasant and friendly. Preferably dog friendly too.The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm; if we are having a very busy season we may ask for some extra hours over the weekend, but it is optional.We offer paid overtime, holidays, sick days, vacation, personal days, 401k with annual contributions from the company after your first year, 60%/40% split health/dental/vision.
