This individual will support internal teams through document management, coordination, communication, and administrative processes.This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational habits, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to office staff and leadershipManage and organize digital and physical files in accordance with company systemsAssist with document preparation, formatting, and distributionCoordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communicationsMaintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsSupport project teams with administrative tasks as neededAssist with data entry and record keeping across various platformsUphold company standards for document control and organizationQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesClear and professional communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with general office procedures and administrative workflowsConstruction industry experience is a plus, but not requiredWork RequirementsIn-person position – 5 days per weekAbility to commute to Bridgehampton, NYAbility to relocate to Bridgehampton, NY prior to starting work (Required)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume for consideration.
