This role supports senior leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating internal and external communications. Daily responsibilities include preparing and processing expense reports, maintaining records and files, drafting correspondence, and supporting the execution of projects and initiatives. The Executive Assistant will help organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on action items. The role also includes general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, assisting with vendor coordination, and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, and general office tasks.Demonstrated Executive Support experience, including handling confidential information, coordinating projects, and supporting senior leaders.Proficiency in preparing and reconciling Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar software, spreadsheets, and document creation).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or a customer-facing environment is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
