Details Hospital-based OR setting with 30 operating rooms Serves all surgical service lines, including incoming traumas, at a Level I trauma center Patient ratio is 1:1 Unit staffed with OR RNs, Surgical Techs, OR Care Techs, Schedulers, and Anesthesia Techs Night shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM on a block schedule No call, no floating, and no weekend requirements EMR: Epic Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license required Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment) Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience Level I or Level II trauma center experience required Ability to circulate across all surgical service lines CNOR certification preferred US SSN and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted Navy scrubs required; home laundered No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months The facility is a regional leader in trauma, pediatric, cancer, cardiovascular, and women's services Savannah is a historic coastal city near the Georgia-South Carolina border, known for its southern charm, vibrant arts scene, and the largest National Historic Landmark District in the country American Traveler Job ID P-692585.
