We are seeking a high-performing Family Law Attorney who combines sharp litigation skills with high social and emotional intelligence. This role is designed for a leader who wants the flexibility of a work-from-home environment without sacrificing the impact of high-stakes courtroom advocacy.Core ResponsibilitiesAdvocacy & Counsel: Identify client legal needs, offer strategic counsel, and adeptly represent clients in courtroom settings, mediations, and negotiations.Caseload Management: Independently manage family law matters across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.Empowerment: Focus on providing cost-effective legal assistance while empowering clients with the information needed to achieve their personal goals.Collaboration: Participate in a coaching-centric culture that values feedback, community involvement, and professional leadership.Candidate RequirementsLicensure: Must be an active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).Experience: 3+ years of legal experience, specifically in Washington Family Law.
