The selected candidate will manage a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and other related matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, engaging in negotiations, and representing clients during court proceedings. Collaboration with colleagues and providing exceptional client service will be central to this role.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law and Family Law, with expertise in addressing legal issues specific to family mattersProficiency in drafting and filing Motions and other legal documentsExperience in conducting Depositions and managing all facets of pre-trial preparationStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively advise and represent clientsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of WashingtonExperience in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division, is highly beneficialDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsCommitment to providing compassionate and high-quality client service
