No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and zero on-call.Competitive Pay: $40.00 - $56.65 per hour (depending on experience).End-to-End Care: You'll manage the full patient journey from pre-op to the procedure room and through PACU recovery.What You'll Be DoingAs a core member of our clinical team, you will ensure every patient feels safe and well-cared for during their time with us.The Procedure Room: Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, maintaining a pristine sterile field and monitoring vitals under sedation.Patient Advocacy: Perform assessments and monitor patient responses to ensure a smooth, safe recovery.Education: Be the voice of clarity for patients and their families, explaining procedures and post-discharge care.Quality Standards: Uphold the high-efficiency and safety protocols of a premier Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).What You Bring to the TableThe Essentials:Licensure: An active RN license in the state of Washington.Certs: BLS (AHA).
