We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently oversee multiple client engagements while demonstrating proficiency in reviewing complex returns, managing staff and conducting research. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the aptitude to foster professional growth among our staff. This position offers flexibility in terms of office location, as EisnerAmper follows a hybrid working model and has offices available in the locations listed below.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create innovative solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:Lead, train, supervise, and mentor associates and seniors, providing ongoing feedback and supporting their professional growthPrepare and review complex tax returns for closely held corporations, S-corporations and partnerships, as well as related high-net-worth individuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax lawsDeliver proactive tax planning and consulting services to owners of closely held businessesServe as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurial families and business owners, building long-term client relationships and delivering integrated PCS solutionsAnalyze client financials and engage in meaningful inquiries to ensure accurate transaction recording and deepen understanding of each client's businessDemonstrate proficiency in accounting (debits/credits) is essential to be able to assist our clients in these areasManage multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are metStay informed on tax law and regulatory changes affecting closely held entities and private clients, and apply insights to planning opportunitiesCollaborate with other PCS tax professionals and firm leaders to deliver seamless client service and identify tax-saving opportunitiesParticipate in business development, including expanding relationships with existing clients, cultivating new client opportunities, and representing the firm at client and networking eventsContribute to thought leadership and firm initiatives focused on entrepreneurial, family-owned, and closely held businessesEngage in ongoing professional development by staying current on emerging tax issues affecting closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, and sharing insights with clients and team membersBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required5+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mixActive CPA license or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification requiredPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant fieldExperience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax softwareEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
