Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager support a growing personal injury team across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines hands-on case management expertise with leadership, training, and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Serve as a resource for case managers handling complex or escalated matters. Assist attorneys across multiple states with case strategy, documentation, and workflow management. Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and ongoing care. Review and organize medical records and billing to support demand packages and case progression. Ensure timely case movement and consistent, proactive client communication. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Litigation and pre-litigation personal injury experience is required. Prior experience as a Case Manager strongly preferred. xywuqvp Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal case management or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims within the state of Florida.
