Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Key Responsibilities Oversee and support personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Serve as a resource for case managers handling complex or escalated matters. Assist attorneys across multiple states with case strategy, documentation, and workflow management. Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and ongoing care. Review and organize medical records and billing to support demand packages and case progression. Ensure timely case movement and consistent, proactive client communication. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Litigation and pre-litigation personal injury experience is required.
