With the strong support of our skilled CNAs, our average nurse staffing ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. As a Med Surg nurse, you will find a wide variety of diagnoses, along with complex diseases and conditions, giving you broad experiences and exposures to new challenges.Position SummaryA Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s).
