Oracle Cloud Program Director - Public Sector

IntroductionThe Oracle Cloud Program Director is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of Oracle Cloud projects within the Public Sector K-12 practice. This senior-level role provides program oversight, ensures delivery quality, supports client engagement, and guides project teams. The position requires experience across multiple Oracle Cloud modules and familiarity with public sector environments.This role can be performed anywhere in the US.Your role and responsibilitiesOversee multiple Oracle Cloud projects within K-12 public sector clientsProvide program-level leadership, governance, and issue escalationManage delivery standards and client expectationsMentor and support project managers and senior project managersPartner with internal leadership, including Public Sector VPsEnsure alignment across functional teams and stakeholdersTravel to client locations as requiredThis role can be performed anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertiseProven experience managing Oracle Cloud programs or large Oracle Cloud projectsBackground in Public Sector and K-12 environments strongly preferredExperience with Oracle Cloud HCM or Financials preferred; SCM or EPM acceptableExperience from major Oracle Cloud competitors is desirable (Oracle, Accenture, KPMG, Sierra, Cedar, Peloton Consulting, Arclight, High Street, GNC, Cherry Rd.)Senior project managers with 10 to 15 years of experience may also be consideredPosition is senior, high-visibility, and requires regular travelRole involves working with passive, experienced talent and cross-functional leadershipIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
