Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Contract (1099) Project Manager to support internal task management, workflow coordination, and operational execution.This role is not client-facing and focuses on ensuring projects and deliverables move smoothly across internal teams. The ideal candidate is an Asana power user who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and helping teams stay accountable to deadlines.This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting marketing, creative, or digital agency teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Task ManagementBuild, maintain, and optimize project plans in AsanaCreate and assign tasks, subtasks, and deadlines across teamsMonitor project progress and proactively flag risks or bottlenecksEnsure deliverables remain aligned with priorities and timelinesConduct weekly task audits to maintain project hygiene and accuracyEnsure projects follow established workflows and naming conventionsWorkflow & Process SupportImprove and document internal project management processesStandardize templates, workflows, and naming conventions within AsanaSupport resource planning and workload visibility across teamsCoordinate internal handoffs between departmentsMaintain clear project status reporting for leadershipOperational ExcellenceIdentify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvementsHelp reinforce project management best practices across teamsSupport ad hoc operational or cross-functional projects as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or workflow managementStrong hands-on experience with Asana (required)Experience supporting marketing, creative, or agency teamsExceptional organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and internal communication skillsComfortable working independently in a part-time contractor capacityPreferred QualificationsExperience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with resource planning and capacity managementExperience creating SOPs or operational documentationExperience working with cross-functional teams (creative, paid media, analytics, strategy)Hours: 20 hours per weekDuration: 3 monthsDepartment: Account ManagementLocation: Remote recblid oh3273muc2te7679rvw90b797juf5b
