Job Title: Senior People & Culture PartnerLocation: Utah (Hybrid - will be overseeing/visiting all Utah Gyms) Annual Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience). Bonus Potential: Competitive annual bonus potential- 10%. Vehicle Allowance: $5k Annual car allowance provided. Most of our clubs are Salt Lake City or Orem Area Specific Northern/Southern Reach: * The northernmost point is currently Ogden. The southernmost points include St. George and Cedar City, which the partner will visit approximately once per month due to the distance.Overview: We are seeking a high-impact, strategic HR leader to drive organizational performance through people. This role is designed for a "zoom in, zoom out" leader who is equally comfortable managing granular, day-to-day HR operations as well as designing and executing long-term workforce strategies. As a key partner to field leadership, you will influence business outcomes by shaping talent strategy, fostering leadership capability, and solving complex people challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a senior advisor to field operations leadership. Embed people strategies into operational planning to drive performance. Talent Strategy & Development: Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development. Conduct talent reviews to identify high-potential employees, close capability gaps, and create actionable development plans. Proactive Problem Solving: Use workforce analytics, turnover trends, and engagement data to identify systemic challenges before they escalate. Design and implement scalable solutions to improve retention and organizational health. Performance Management: Consult with leaders on performance frameworks that reinforce company culture, elevate accountability, and align with business goals. Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance across all locations. Change Management: Lead large-scale initiatives to ensure organizational agility, high employee engagement, and cultural alignment.Qualifications7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a strategic business partner supporting senior leaders.Talent Development Experience is a must.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Advanced proficiency in workforce analytics, data storytelling, and strategic planning.Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, and turnover reduction.Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Exceptional influence and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.Work Environment & RequirementsThis is an on-site, field-based role. You will be expected to be present in our facilities four days per week to support operations, with one administrative day available at our corporate office.Extensive travel within the Utah region is required to support multiple locations.Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the physical stamina required for a non-sedentary role that involves regular movement across various facilities.
