Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPlatform AdministrationInstall, configure, and upgrade SAP BusinessObjects (BI 4.x) and SAP BODS environmentsAdminister CMC: manage users, groups, roles, and access levelsPerform system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuningManage BO and Data Services (DS) servicesSecurity & Access ManagementManage authentication (Active Directory, Enterprise)Provision users and map AD groups to BO rolesEnsure role-based access and compliance with security standardsPerformance & TroubleshootingMonitor BO performance and troubleshoot issues (Web Intelligence, scheduling, report execution)Perform weekend maintenance activities:Cache cleanupServer restarts / rolling restartsAnalyze logs and coordinate with SAP support for incident resolutionScheduling & PublishingManage report scheduling and bursting (InfoBurst / native BO)Troubleshoot failed schedules and performance issuesMonitor job queues and system capacityChange & Incident ManagementHandle incidents, service requests, and problem managementParticipate in change management (CRs, RITMs) and deploymentsCoordinate with Basis, Database, OS, Network, and WAF teamsPerform routine maintenance:Patching supportUpgradesDisaster Recovery (DR) testingSupport QA, UAT, and Production environmentsDocumentation & ComplianceCreate and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentationEnsure platform compliance with audit and security requirementsRequired Skills: SAP, BO , Admin ,
