Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Inpatient Skin and Wound Program Nurse provides direct patient care and serves as a clinical resource/ consultant for patients with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary and integumentary systems. The Inpatient Skin and Wound Program Nurse should be prepared to provide the full scope of enterostomal therapy nursing practice, including education, counseling, research and administration.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, MSN is preferred.3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience.MSN may be substituted for 1 year of experience.Current RN licensure is required.Current Wound and Ostomy certification by the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) is preferred.Pay Range$38.40 - $52.80Other Information0830-1700 weekdaysWork every sixth weekendECU HealthAbout ECU Health Medical CenterECU Health Medical Center, one of four academic medical centers in North Carolina, is the 974-bed flagship hospital for ECU Health and serves as the primary teaching hospital for The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
