This role is responsible for developing revenue-generating digital advertising programs, managing partner campaigns from concept through execution, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with operational excellence, a consultative approach to client relationships, and a passion for delivering measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Partner DevelopmentDevelop, pitch, and close digital advertising campaigns with new and existing partners for targeted and customized approachesOwn and grow a robust advertising pipeline, including prospecting, forecasting, and account expansionIdentify new revenue opportunities and contribute to strategic marketing and monetization plansClient Strategy & Campaign ExecutionConduct consultative discovery to understand advertiser goals, KPIs, and success metricsTranslate insights into compelling and customized proposals, media plans, and marketing narrativesOversee campaign execution including creative coordination, asset management, and performance trackingRelationship Management & CollaborationServe as the primary point of contact for advertising partners, ensuring high-quality client experienceManage day-to-day advertising requests, campaign timelines, and invoicing coordinationPartner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, merchant, and product teams to deliver campaigns on time and on targetCampaign Performance & InnovationMonitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and future optimization recommendationsMaintain accurate records in CRM and advertising platformsLeverage analytics tools to evaluate performance and inform future strategySupport leadership in evolving BenefitHub’s digital advertising strategy in line with industry trends and emerging technologiesStay informed on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and new channel opportunitiesContribute ideas that enhance partner value, campaign effectiveness, and long-term growthQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred3–5+ years of digital advertising sales experience, including integrated and omnichannel programs with experience in ad sales for affiliates, retail, big-box brands and insuranceProven track record of growing revenue and expanding client relationshipsExperience working with multiple pricing models, audience segmentation, and targeting strategiesStrong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and campaign optimizationSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsHighly self-motivated and efficient, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insightsCollaborative team player with a client-first, solutions-oriented approachExperience managing or mentoring team members in digital advertising operations is a plusTechnical ProficiencyMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)CRM platforms and advertising management toolsFamiliarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools preferred BenefitHub is proud to offer highly competitive salaries along with a very generous perks & benefits package for full-time Team Members:Medical, Vision, and Dental (Employer paid 75% of monthly contributions)Domestic Partner Coverage for all insurance plans100% employer-paid Life Insurance401(K) retirement plan options (including employer contribution)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Generous Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave Policies11 Holidays (Including office closed day after Thanksgiving)Professional development opportunitiesFlexible work schedulesCollaborative and innovative work environmentRemote-friendly work arrangementsEmployee discount programFlexible Spending Account programVoluntary Benefit Programs (STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Accident)
