The Deputy Executive Director will be responsible for educating, encouraging, and assisting the community in using their gifts to support the church's mission, and must be a witness to Gospel values, modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church in both professional and personal life. The ideal candidate will have the stature and credibility to develop deep, collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including the bishop, vicar general, diocesan leaders, and the Foundation Board of Directors. They will work closely with the Executive Director of Development to understand the organization's fundraising efforts and will be prepared to inherit day-to-day and strategic responsibilities. A strong commitment to the mission and ethos of the diocese is essential, as is the ability to support a diverse and dynamic community.
