The Chair will be responsible for advancing the academic, clinical, and research missions of the department, with a focus on enhancing multidisciplinary clinical and research collaborations. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of the department and requires a leader with outstanding administrative experience in an academic medical center setting, a solid track record in clinical care, education, service, and research, and a commitment to the relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. Applicants for the Chair position must be board-certified in urology and demonstrate a strong background in urologic health programs.
