Tax Restructuring Attorney. Mission based exploration company.

We represent a mission driven AI exploration company looking to hire a Corporate attorney with 8+ years of experience to support the head of tax on tax restructurings. Experience with \"STEP\" plans is required. We are looking for someone with strong drafting skills who has experience with tax aspects of acquisitions, dealing directly with Boards on the tax Board Resolutions, contribution agreements, supporting treasury, etc. Candidate must have strong corporate governance.Ideal candidate will have major law firm experience AND sophisticated in-House legal experience with a complex Corporation with many domestic and international subsidiaries.This is a fully remote opportunity with a preference for someone on the East Coast but open to all US locations.ResponsibilitiesAdditional experience with Corporate Governance/Board Resolutions is a plus.Attorney needs to know how to get approval for tax restructuring.Someone who understands tax restructuring as part of a corporate transaction.Qualifications8+ years of law firm and in-house legal experience.
