Job Description Santa Clarita company is looking to hire an administrative support staff/Zoom Expert, PART-TIME, 3-4 days per week based on the company's needs. Typical work days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hours are 9am-1pm. You may also work on Mondays or Fridays if Zoom sessions are necessary. This person needs to be flexible with schedule. Zoom expertise for scheduling at their office. Zoom set up, invitations, breakout rooms, etc. Friendly and polite demeanor with Zoom participants. Track and input attendance for each Zoom meeting on an Excel spreadsheet. Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and business needs quickly. This is a fast-paced office and requires someone who is able to make quick decisions, use independent judgment, and have the ability to keep up with hourly and daily deadlines. They need a few years of Administrative Assistant background in an office (not remote), including using various office equipment, navigating software-based system, handling emails, phone calls, and proficient with the MS Office suite. Work in tandem with another staff member supporting various administrative functions. Type documents (most in template formats), draft clear, concise correspondence and written materials, calendaring and emails in Outlook, daily agenda prepartion, with daily general office tasks. Company uses AI generated documents and materials for a portion of the job. Ability to navigate new software quickly and easily is vital. A highly detailed individual is needed with strong reliability. **Your resume needs to reflect the Zoom expertise.
