Office Support Admin

Job Description Experienced Administrative individual will be the first point of contact for this corporate office. Ability to process letters (template formats) with great accuracy, prepare labels and envelopes, process mail, answer phones at the front desk and forward or take messages to send to the proper persons. Restock supplies/office inventory and keep are clean and neat. Responsible to alert Senior Management of visitors, vendors, etc. in a timely, professional manner. You will need to work independently in a quiet environment with daily timelines and sensitive/confidential information. This position also rotates to other departments.Excellent attention to details, clear speaking voice, professional demeanor, and multi-tasking abilities. A friendly and positive attitude is essential.MS Office savvy (Excel, Outlook, Word)Google Workspace savvy (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Email, Calendar)Quick typing ABOVE 50wpm with accuracyAbility to learn custom software with easeStrong retention skills2 or more years experience in your most recent job in an Administrative capacity. Work history needs to be stable (work at each job for a minimum of 18 months or more)High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or above preferredBackground check$23/hour. Punctual and reliable to open the front desk at 8am daily. Hours are 8am-4:30pm. M-F. Good benefits if hired as a regular staff member. Long-term temporary with opportunity to join the regular team.
