Position: Technical RecruiterJob Location: Edison, NJResponsibilities:Review, analyze, and source top technical talent on behalf of clients on staffing databases and user interfaces including LinkedIn, Handshake, Monster, Dice, applying knowledge of Time Series and Forecasting, Agile/Scrum methodology, and Quantitative Analysis;Plan, develop, and evaluate methods and techniques for selecting and assessing prospects, leveraging Business Intelligence and Data Analysis tools and HR Analytics using Project Management and Risk Assessment; Execute International Recruitment and Repatriation Strategies, incorporating Diversity and Inclusion Strategies and Global Market Penetration, in order to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds worldwide;Apply Business Intelligence and Data Visualization to analyze recruitment data, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions for technical talent acquisition;Develop and implement data-driven methodologies to systematically analyze and evaluate candidates' professional competence for executive and management positions through the utilization of application tracking systems.Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics plus 1 year experience in job offered.Require skills and knowledge in Project Management, Data Visualization, Time Series and Forecasting, Agile/Scrum methodology, Quantitative Analysis, Risk Assessment.Standard company benefits with $58.2k~$61k per year.
