Technical RecruiterDirect Hire - $95,000 – Fully Onsite Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring and help scale the business. Will be working closely with leadership to help attract and engage high talent to join a fast-growing manufacturing company.Responsibilities for the role:Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build effective hiring strategies Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong fit Manage pipelines and maintain momentum across multiple open roles Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience Support employer branding and represent the company in the market Assist with HR projects and training initiatives as needed Requirements for the role:3+ years of experience partnering directly with hiring managers or business leaders Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions Strong communication skills with a consultative approach Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments a plusBackground in agency recruiting or high-growth/startup settings a plusWhy Join:High visibility role with direct exposure to leadership Opportunity to shape hiring strategy and processes Fast-paced, collaborative team environment Strong growth potential as the company scalesPandoLogic.
