This firm has secured over $4 billion in landmark verdicts and settlements.This isn't a back-office drafting desk. Due to rapid growth, you will step directly into an active, high-stakes caseload, collaborating with elite trial attorneys on complex catastrophic injury, product liability, and wrongful death matters.Responsibilities:Manage complex personal injury and wrongful death portfolios from inception through resolution.Conduct and defend critical depositions (parties, experts, and corporate witnesses).Draft and argue heavy-hitting dispositive motions and motions in limine.Collaborate directly with cross-functional trial squads on aggressive courtroom strategies.Qualifications:2–7 years of civil litigation or trial prep experience with an active California bar license.Strong deposition instincts and persuasive writing skills.Open to both pure plaintiff attorneys and sophisticated defense litigators looking to cross over.Prior exposure to mass torts or class actions is a major plus, but not required.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000.
