W2 AcceptableCompliance Data Analyst (Contractor)Location: Cupertino, CA 95014Duration: 3 MonthsOpen to 100% RemoteOverview:The Compliance Data Analyst supports regulatory and internal policy adherence by analyzing large datasets, developing monitoring reports, and helping automate compliance processes. This role works closely with legal, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure continuous compliance across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to support regulatory and compliance obligationsDevelop data groupings and categorizations (e.g., by org, LOB, sub-LOB, etc.)Propose and help define access control structures/files based on data groupingsPartner with legal and engineering teams to create, update, and maintain compliance-related datasets and documentationCollaborate with compliance and engineering teams to implement monitoring and continuous compliance processesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to track compliance metricsRequired Skills Strong proficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience with Python or R for data analysisExperience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting and visualizationQualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance , or related field5 years of relevant experienceExperience with database management and report creationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhy TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
