Data Reporting Analyst – Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to provide production support for business-critical BI platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or channel performance reporting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain BI platforms (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, or equivalent)Query and analyze data to investigate, validate, and explain metrics and KPIsManage multiple support requests across platforms and time zonesTranslate technical findings into clear, actionable business insightsCollaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve platform issuesPreferred QualificationsExperience with B2B/B2C sales reporting structures, including Institutional Sales and Consumer Channel metricsFamiliarity with automated support workflows (Slack, chatbots, ticketing systems) and exception handlingAbility to work in a globally distributed, follow-the-sun team modelUnderstanding of data pipelines to distinguish latency, logic errors, and platform defectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to handle concurrent tasks with attention to quality and responsiveness
