Title-Compliance Data AnalystLocation- RemoteDuration- 3+ monthsJob Overview:The Compliance Data Analyst supports regulatory and internal policy adherence by analyzing large datasets, developing monitoring reports, and helping automate compliance processes. This role works closely with legal, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure continuous compliance across systems.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large and complex datasets to supportregulatory and compliance obligationsDevelop data groupings and categorizations (e.g., by org, LOB, sub-LOB, etc.)Propose and help defineaccess control structures/filesbased on data groupingsPartner with legal and engineering teams to create, update, and maintain compliance-related datasets and documentationCollaborate with compliance and engineering teams to implementmonitoring and continuous compliance processesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to track compliance metrics.Required Skills:Strong proficiency inSQL and ExcelExperience withPython or Rfor data analysisExperience withTableau or Power BIfor reporting and visualizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree inAnalytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance , or related field~5 years of relevant experienceExperience withdatabase management and report creationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
