Associate Attorney
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This full-time, on-site Attorney position is based in Haddonfield, NJ. The Attorney will represent commercial lending and financial institutions, and will work closely with colleagues and clients to achieve positive results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional legal services, conducting thorough legal research using platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw, and drafting clear and effective legal documents. Duties
Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions
Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
Assist in managing cases across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all documentation in accordance with court rules
Utilize legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis effectively to gather relevant case law and statutory information
Participate in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism
Contribute to the development of firm knowledge bases by summarizing legal developments and drafting memos
Experience
2-5 years’ experience required
Must have experience with commercial lending
Must be licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, or Delaware
Experience in Real Estate- Commercial loan transactions
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required
Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms
Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clear legal drafting and persuasive memoranda
Ability to analyze complex legal issues critically and develop strategic solutions

Pay: $91,781.42 - $98,489.46 per year
