Depending on your background and experience, this role may focus more heavily on legal support functions or administrative and client service responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow over time.This is an excellent opportunity for either:A motivated administrative professional who wants to build a career in the legal fieldAn experienced legal assistant who can step in quickly and provide higher-level supportIf you are detail-oriented, accountable, and take pride in helping others, we would like to meet you.What You'll DoSupport paralegals and attorneys with bate, and estate admestate planning, proinistration mattersMaintain organized, accurate, and current client filesCommunicate with clients in a warm, professional, and responsive mannerCoordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up tasksTrack deadlines and ensure documents and tasks remain on scheduleManage incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing, and records managementAssist with client intake and front-end administrative support as neededUpdate firm systems and databases accuratelyHelp keep daily workflow smooth, efficient, and professionalSystems and Tools You Will UseMicrosoft Office 365Actionstep CRMAttorney Fuel Intake SystemsHotDocs Prior experience with these systems is helpful but not required.
