Their vision is building healthy communities by providing the utmost in comprehensive patient-centered care. Some in-Patient call (15-20%) versus out-patient (75-80%). Guaranteed base salary plus production incentive and on-call pay. VERY generous benefits package includes; 401K with 4% match, 16 days PTO first year, 5 days CME, 9 paid holidays, $3500 honorarium for CME, license, DEA etc., and employer pays all premiums for health, dental and vision for employed physician, spouse and all dependents. Salary is $170,000 plus production incentive and $10,000 for on-call for physician with 0-5 years of experience.
