Communities range from 250 to 640+ units and are located in premier markets including Hackensack, Edgewater, and Lodi.These are resident-facing, operations-focused roles within amenity-rich, high-touch environments that emphasize exceptional service, strong team collaboration, and operational excellence. Opportunities are available across leasing, resident relations, and property operations, offering exposure to both stabilized assets and high-activity communities.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to grow their careers in luxury apartment management while working alongside experienced, collaborative onsite teams.Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional resident experience by managing inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and urgency Oversee resident relations, including conflict resolution and ongoing communication Manage delinquency, collections, and legal processes, including reporting and follow-up Process rent payments, financial documentation, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Coordinate lease renewals, transfers, move-ins/move-outs, and notice-to-vacate processes Prepare move-out statements and handle resident follow-up questions Issue and track lease violations and ensure compliance with community policies Support leasing efforts, including prospect follow-up, application processing, and walk-in traffic Verify applications and landlord references to ensure timely approvals Assist with marketing efforts, including market surveys and advertising reviews Coordinate resident communications (email, text, community updates) and support retention initiatives Contribute to community events and engagement programsIdeal Candidate Profile Prior experience in multifamily property management, preferably in luxury or high-touch communities Strong background in leasing, resident relations, collections, or property operations Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-first mindset Proven ability to work collaboratively with onsite teams Professional, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic Demonstrated career stability and growth in previous rolesWhy Join This Team?
