Affordable residential experience is a plus.Strong communication, supervisory, administrative, and customer service skills.Independent thinker, able to make decisions.Effective time management, follow-up, & organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.Self-motivated and proactive with a professional demeanor.Ability to work with a diverse resident population, contractors, employees, and board members.Knowledge of building systems and basic construction, NYC building codes, compliance requirements, etc.Evening attendance at monthly board meetings and annual meetings is required.Working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office programs.Must hold a valid NYS Driver's license and have reliable transportation.
