RN Home Health Nurse

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2520$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity:RN - Home HealthJob Details:• Work 8-hour day shifts, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility based on census• Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 13-week contract• Every 6th weekend and holiday rotation required• On-call responsibilities 2-3 times per month• Travel 25-60 miles per day with 20-25 patients and average 4.5 visits per day• 2+ years home health experience required• Prior travel experience required• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license• OASIS certification a plus• Navy blue scrubs required• Perform OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management• Handle doctor calls and coordination of care• Maintain timely documentation in EMR• Clinical competencies in wound care, IV therapy, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management• Epic charting experience preferred, OASIS required• Potential to float to Medford, Antigo, and WI Rapids locations• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferredFacility:This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services to patients in their community, focusing on delivering quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.
