This role will primarily be focused on the Sales and Customer Service areas but will have the potential to overlap within the Operations area as well. This individual is primarily responsible for ensuring that the legacy businesses are properly trained, the converted data is properly validated, the ERP system is properly configured and aligned with Envoy Solutions business rules and operations requirements.Responsibilities Include:Conduct Business Operations Reviews: Gather and analyze current business processes of Envoy Solutions companies. This role should have a deep understanding of the company's business processes and be able to identify areas for improvement. This will include collaborating with stakeholders across the company to ensure the ERP's which are being consolidated follow the future business rules of Envoy SolutionsUnderstand the system configurations of existing ERPs. By understanding the system's configurations, this role will have better knowledge of "what is possible".Testing and troubleshooting: This role will have experience in testing each business process to ensure it is working as intended and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation. This role will also be heavily focused on data migration testing.Identification of SMEs and assistance with the training of end-users: The specialist should be able to identify SMEs at each legacy business and assist with the creation of training materials. The specialist should facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure they can use the system effectively.Maintaining system documentation: The specialist may be required to create and maintain documentation related to the new ERP system, including user manuals, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.Coordinating with vendors and consultants: The specialist should be able to manage relationships with vendors and consultants who are involved in the implementation process. This individual is primarily responsible for ensuring that the legacy businesses are properly trained, the converted data is properly validated, the ERP system is properly configured and aligned with Envoy Solutions business rules and operations requirements.Responsibilities Include:Conduct Business Operations Reviews: Gather and analyze current business processes of Envoy Solutions companies.
