This role serves as a bridge between technical engineering teams, project stakeholders, vendors, and operations teams to help ensure successful implementation and delivery of IT solutions and infrastructure changes.The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure technologies and can effectively coordinate implementation activities, communicate with technical teams, track progress, and assist with deployment efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure implementations and technology initiativesWork closely with Engineering, Operations, Security, Architecture, PMO, vendors, and business teams to support implementation effortsAssist with implementation planning, scheduling, change coordination, and deployment readiness activitiesTrack milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and overall implementation progressProduce and maintain status reports, progress tracking, and meeting notesCreate, coordinate, and run technical meetings while facilitating communication and follow-up activities between teamsAssist with creating and coordinating implementation-related tickets, tasks, and change requestsSupport infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and rollout activitiesCoordinate maintenance windows, cutover activities, and post-implementation validation effortsAssist with vendor coordination, procurement activities, and implementation logisticsProvide general support during deployment activities and troubleshooting efforts as neededTravel occasionally to corporate offices, datacenters, and property locations to support onsite implementation activities and coordination effortsKey Traits for SuccessStrong coordination and follow-through skillsComfortable working in technical environmentsOrganized and detail-orientedStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProactive and adaptable in fast-paced implementation environmentsAbility to produce clear status updates, tracking reports, and documentationWillingness to physically assist with implementation and deployment activities if neededMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating IT infrastructure implementations or technology rolloutsFoundational understanding of enterprise networking, systems, security, wireless, and datacenter technologiesExperience coordinating technical teams, vendors, or infrastructure-related effortsStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and implementation activities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with change management and operational support processesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to travel as needed for implementation and onsite support activitiesMust be able to obtain and maintain gaming and driver’s licensesPMP certification is a plusAdditional InformationBoyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.Boyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
