Implementation Coordinator (On-Site)at UrVenueLas Vegas, NevadaABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Implementation Coordinator to join UrVenue’s Implementation Team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the Implementation Team, ensuring client requests are properly captured, documented, and routed for efficient resolution.The Implementation Coordinator plays a critical role in managing incoming client communications and tickets, gathering the necessary details required for execution, and coordinating with Implementation Team Members responsible for completing the work. This position ensures requests are properly documented, prioritized, and distributed across the team to maintain balanced workloads and timely completion.To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have strong communication skills, are customer service focused, and possess the technical aptitude needed to understand SaaS-based hospitality platforms.This is a full-time, non-remote position and will report to the Client Services Manager at our corporate offices in Las Vegas, NV.WHAT YOU’LL DOServe as the primary liaison between clients and the Implementation Team for client requests and support needs.Review and respond to client tickets, emails, and communications while ensuring requests are clearly understood and properly documented.Gather and validate all required information needed for Implementation Team Members to complete configuration or support tasks.Manage incoming ticket queues to ensure proper triage, prioritization, and balanced assignment of work across the Implementation Team.Track client tickets from request through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with clients.Coordinate internally with Implementation Specialists to provide task context, requirements, and client expectations.Maintain accurate records of client requests, system updates, and resolution details within internal project management systems.Assist with client account maintenance tasks such as:Inventory updatesUser managementConfiguration adjustmentsCommunicate status updates and resolution details to clients in a clear and professional manner.Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, including:Client notesOperational workflowsInternal processes and proceduresIdentify missing information or unclear requirements and proactively obtain necessary details to ensure successful task completion.Assist with onboarding coordination, project updates, and operational support as needed.WHO YOU AREPossess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.Adept in clear and professional verbal and written communication.Comfortable acting as the coordination point between clients and internal technical teams.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.Experienced with SaaS software platforms and modern technology environments.Capable of interpreting client needs and translating them into actionable tasks for technical teams.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Adaptable and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer service focused with the ability to build positive client relationships.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salaries and flexible work life balanceBenefit coverage including medical and dentalFlexible time-off policyA fun, vibrant office environment in Las Vegas with a smart and passionate team doing incredible things to disrupt the hospitality tech spaceABOUT USUrVenue is the leading hospitality technology platform that powers commerce, enhances the guest experience, and monetizes resort real estate by leveraging non-room inventory across all customer touchpoints in the booking and in-stay journey.
