What You will Be Doing
This manager-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone who can mine for and identify qualified leads and opportunities. We are looking for high-energy and driven professionals who can think and speak intelligently, critically, learn quickly, and find ways around obstacles to build relationships with potential customers. As a Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be focused on generating leads and qualified prospects using email, texting, calling, and networking. As the first line of outbound contact, you will need to become an expert in our products and services and understand the needs of the hospitality, travel and entertainment industry. You will need to be quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You will use your convincing personality and passion for our work to help show potential customers how we can significantly benefit their organization and their own customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities by pursuing leads and finding prospects that fit our ideal client profile and using phone, email, snail mail, and social media to qualify them
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects
Create sales opportunities where they do not currently exist
Communicate our value proposition to prospects and sometimes to gatekeepers via email, phone, or customer facing
Facilitate product demonstrations or business development meetings with prospective clients
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycles by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information
Provide feedback on market trends and competitive activities to our leadership team
Build and maintain an effective professional network to further build access to knowledge, leads, buyers, partners, etc.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with current hospitality and transportation partners and other key relationships
Support SVP of Business Development in customer relationship management and work closely with cross functional team members in operations to strengthen customer relationships
Effectively manage new accounts and grow relationships to upsell the full suite of Reunitus products

Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated ability to work through and around obstacles and challenges
Aspiration to grow with our organization as we grow
We prefer, but not require, knowledge of HubSpot for tracking customer engagement
Ability to travel regularly to meet with prospective and current customers
Highly functioning account management skills
